Man: Do you have a big apartment?

Woman : No, it is very small. It has a kitchen, a living room and two bedrooms.

Man: How many bathrooms does it have?

Woman : It has two bathrooms.

Man: Do you have a balcony?

Woman: No, but I have a view of the lake and the mountains.

Man: What is the apartment building like?

Woman: It is nice. It has a pool, a laundry room and a gym.

Man: Wow, sounds like a nice place!

Woman: It’s alright. Not great, but not bad.
